We are seeking a warm, experienced, and passionate Lead Teacher for our 4-year-old Pre-K classroom who desires to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a joyful and engaging Pre-K classroom for 4-year-olds.
- Create meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that prepare children for kindergarten.
- Foster a classroom environment where children feel safe, loved, and confident.
- Build strong relationships with families through communication and partnership.
- Guide children with patience, consistency, structure, and grace.
- Collaborate with coworkers and administration to support school-wide success.
- Maintain classroom organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience teaching preschool or Pre-K children preferred.
- NC Early Childhood Credential or related education preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom leadership skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work positively within a team-oriented environment.
- A heart for ministry and serving children and families.
